This is a fabulous place to hold a meeting or conference. Not only is it a great room or rooms, but it is located at the airport so that if someone needed to get in and out quickly and easily it really doesn't get much more convenient. I was part of a meeting there a few years ago that included golf and a meeting and everything was within 5 minutes of the airport. And for Dallas, that is amazing. I highly suggest looking at the DFW Sheraton for a meeting in Dallas. The service was great, the room was great, catering was great, and it sure seemed to run smoothly. I wasn't the one who organized the meeting, but I can tell you from a participants point of view it was great. The staff was very nice and helpful and all of the equipment that is needed for a presentation or meeting is included.
