Great Service, Pretty Venue, An Eventective User from Euless, Texas

My husband and I had to throw a reception party for my brother and sister-in-law on very short notice. It was springtime and we wanted the party on a Saturday night to accommodate out-of-town guests. Almost all the hotels and country clubs in town were already booked for spring weddings and other events. We wanted a venue in the Las Colinas/Irving location because it was a central meeting point for all the guests and it was near the airport. The staff at Las Colinas Colinas Country Club worked with us to plan a beautiful event within our budget. All food and hall charges are included in the final price. We opted for Asian-style food, and the staff made the necessary modifications to suit our dietary restrictions. Although some relatives complained that the food was a bit plain, it was a big hit with many of the partygoers. We opted for buffet service, and it was done in an orderly fashion. The country club servers came by to refresh drinks and helped serve the cake to the guests. The Las Colinas Colinas Country Club staff let us bring in some decorations. We brought some large flower vases and tablecloth covers to further decorate the tables and the fireplace. They also upgraded us to the ballroom at no charge, since we had quite a few guests. Since the ballroom was already set up and nicely decorated, it made a grand impression on our guests. All the guests loved the venue, especially the landscaping and the grounds. The daytime pictures from the golf course and the nighttime pictures in the ballroom came out lovely!
