A Perfect Venue for a Milestone Celebration — An Eventective User from Corona, California
When it came time to plan my 50th birthday celebration, I wanted a venue that would make this milestone truly special. After a disappointing experience with my original venue, I was relieved to discover the DoubleTree by Hilton Irvine – Spectrum. From my very first visit, I knew I had found the perfect place, and it exceeded all of my expectations. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Catering Sales Manager Noel Vasin and the outstanding staff members Julie and Alex. From the beginning, they were professional, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making my event a success. Their guidance and attention to detail made the planning process smooth and stress-free. The venue itself is beautiful. Guests were welcomed through an elegant foyer, where I was able to create a stunning entrance with balloon decorations lining the hallway. The banquet room was the perfect setting for my celebration, and I was extremely pleased with the room layout, table arrangements, and overall presentation. The hotel also provided round mirrors and votive candles that beautifully complemented my centerpieces and enhanced the décor. The food was excellent. I selected the chicken and salmon entrées for my guests, and throughout the evening I received numerous compliments on both selections. Everything was prepared perfectly and served promptly. The cash bar was a great addition, and the champagne toast helped make the evening feel even more festive and memorable. What truly set this venue apart was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member was attentive, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Their professionalism allowed me to relax and fully enjoy celebrating this important milestone with my family and friends. This celebration was especially meaningful to me because it took place shortly after the loss of my mother. During a difficult time in my life, the kindness, compassion, and professionalism shown by the DoubleTree team helped create an evening filled with joy, love, and cherished memories that I will never forget. Thank you again to Noel, Julie, Alex, and the entire DoubleTree team for helping make my 50th birthday celebration such a wonderful success. A great place for a conference — An Eventective User from Corona, CA

On behalf of the California Urgent Care Association, we couldn't be happier with the results and our experience hosting our annual conference for the second year in a row at this venue.
