We intentionally focus on professional, respectful events and do not host rowdy or party-style gatherings. The Training Room is a large, open space featuring a stunning marble epoxy floor and a clean, elevated aesthetic. Multiple floor plans are available to support presentations, trainings, and workshops. The full east wall of whiteboards may be used for collaboration or concealed with elegant white draping for a more formal look. The space includes a food-serving island with refrigerator and freezer and flows easily to restrooms, hallway, and the outdoor terrace. Additional First-Floor Spaces (Optional Add-Ons) The first floor of the VIP Center is highly photogenic and ideal for breakout sessions, networking, and seamless movement throughout your event. Community Room: A bright and cheerful space for up to 25 guests with colorful seating, tables, fireplace, and mantle. VIP Conference Room: Seats 10 around our signature epoxy river table, perfect for leadership meetings. Circles Room: A favorite cozy breakout space designed for meaningful conversation with 8–10 guests. Cafe Area: Located next to the Community Room, ideal for food service and buffets with ample refrigeration. Chandelier Hall: A versatile space for food displays, gifts, or decor, featuring curated art along the walls. Bonus Feature: Outdoor terrace available for fresh air breaks or casual conversation.
