My first 11 years in this field were spent in the "Corporate Event Planning & Coordinating" world. I started off at the FD of The Adams' Mark (now known as the Hilton). I was then promoted 3 times, Sales Asst., Sales Manager ultimately to Event Planner, Coordinator & Management. I enjoyed the "wedding planning", however wanted to do more "events". After deciding to further my career at a New, up & coming event space downtown, for three years, I realized that "A shift" was happening. Though the money was great and I loved what I was doing, I felt that I could do the same and offer the same professional and friendly service for a fraction of the cost.
