Private parties and commercial rate $800.
Price includes up to five hours, $50 per hour over five hours.
To guarantee booking date a deposit of $375 is required.
Rental rates do not include staffing or set-up & take down fees.
Rental outside of normal operating hours requires a minimum of one staff security person on premises at all times, which cost $20 per hour. If museum staff is responsible for setting up or taking down equipment, tables and/or chairs and cleaning up event, a separate fee is charged and is determined by amount of time and number of staff involved. (Generally, caterer is responsible for clean-up, and this fee is waived.)

Catering Services
TAM’s staff and approved caterers can take care of all your needs from small, intimate gatherings to large receptions. If you are serving anything other than dry snacks and nonalcoholic beverages, you must choose from our list of approved caterers. No beer kegs, chocolate fountains or red soft drinks are allowed. Beer, wine, and liquor may only be served by a licensed caterer. No alcohol may be consumed outside of the facility. A list of current caterers is provided upon request.
Museum folding chairs and rectangular tables are available at no charge. A limited number of 60” round tables are available for use at $8 per table. TAM does not provide table linens. A drop down large projection screen is located in the Studio Gallery. Other equipment may be available depending on date/use.
