Waverly Vista Event Venue sits on 53 acres in the New Waverly area and can provide you and your guests with a very unique and beautiful experience. With the option of an overnight stay or long weekend retreat, along with the capacity of seating up to 250 guests in our events building, Waverly Vista can accommodate many types of events. From weddings, quinceaneras and graduation celebrations to corporate events or small family weekend retreats, we invite you to check out Waverly Vista.
Our amenities include a large, beautiful venue hall with prep kitchen and game room, a gorgeous 5700 sq ft plantation style, 2 story, 5 bedroom/5 bathroom house that can easily accommodate 20+ guests for overnight or long weekends. Additionally, our property features a gazebo, pond with multi color lighted fountain, pool, hot tub, fire pit, large front & back decks, & 53 acres to explore flanked by a wide & deep creek on the north & west perimeter.
Located in the New Waverly area, our event space is just a short drive from Conroe, situated about 5 miles east of I-45.
