The Pinnacle Center is a fully licensed facility. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We provide all catering, food, and beverage services through our professional kitchen and staff.

Yes, a professional music service with a DJ is included with our room rental, utilizing a built-in sound system over the dance floor and an extensive music library. If you prefer to bring your own DJ or MC, we can easily integrate their equipment into our built-in system.

Each ballroom features a walkout to a scenic outdoor area. The Terrace Ballroom offers a floral garden, a lighted gazebo, and three waterfalls emptying into a goldfish pond. The Fountain Ballroom features a magnificent deck over a large pond with a lighted rail, a 25-foot lighted fountain, and spotlighting into the adjacent wooded area. Both areas feature outdoor speakers for background music.
While our staff handles the complete set-up of tables, staging, name cards, party favors, and guest books, we offer access to the ballroom three hours prior to your event for your floral and cake set-up.
