Signal Cove Event Center is located on the water just off Highway 19 in the Signal Cove neighborhood. Suitable for weddings, baby showers, celebrations, sweet sixteen, showers, birthdays, classroom style meetings, and more, our community center building includes a commercial-grade kitchen and bathrooms in our updated facility. Outdoor weddings can also be accommodated with a beautiful view of the sunset down our canal leading to the Gulf. Tables & Chairs are included with your rental. A $250 deposit will hold your date for 14 days after which a rental agreement must be signed. Our maximum capacity is 200 for standing events and 165 for sit down events.

The security deposit is a refundable deposit to cover any damage to the facility or loss of property related to your event. We will perform a post event inspection of the facility with you or your representative the next business day after your event. If the inspection does not reveal any damage or loss of property, your security deposit will be returned or refunded within five business days following the inspection.
Yes, provided you secure a one-day Special Event Liability Insurance policy and list Signal Cove Owners, Inc. and board and officers as additional insured. These are low-cost policies that protect you and Signal Cove. A copy of the binder must be delivered to the President and Treasurer of Signal Cove at least three days prior to your event.
Yes. You can bring in your own caterer to setup and decorate the room and prepare food for your event. There is an additional charge to use our large kitchen for food preparation. We do have a smaller pantry kitchen available for small groups with food not requiring ovens, warmers and stovetops.
Yes. We have Wifi provided by Frontier.
Yes. We have two Boom boxes and PA amplifiers. Both are available to rent for all events.
We require a 50% deposit on the room rental fee with the rental agreement.
The final amount is due prior to the start of your event.
The security deposit is due prior to your event. Arrangements can be made in special situations where we will accept a check and hold it (not deposit it) until the post inspection has been completed. If the inspection does not reveal any damage to the facility of loss of property, the check will be returned at the conclusion of the inspection.
A four-digit code will be provided to you in your agreement that will allow you to access the building thru the front door.
Yes, we have chairs, round tables and rectangular tables that will accommodate up to 170 guests.
