Table Twelve Events is a full service event planning and consulting company. We specialize in local and destination weddings, as well as corporate and private events. We are available to handle every aspect of your special event from concept design to day-of execution by offering flexible solutions to meet your budget and planning needs. As a bride, we can assist you in the full planning of your wedding by working with vendors, setting up appointments, contract negotiation, and the coordination of all activities leading up to the day of your event. For the bride who prefers to handle all of the details herself, we offer “weekend of” services to include coordination of the wedding rehearsal and creation of a timeline and flow for the wedding ceremony and reception. We are also on hand to provide you with creative ideas, planning, and support for any corporate or private events to include: conferences, birthday and anniversary celebrations, art and fashion shows, and product launch parties. All at a reasonable cost to you! When you employ the Table Twelve Events team you are receiving two planners for the price of one who both have experience promoting and executing flawless events. Our mission is to partner with you, by understanding your event requirements and vision, and create a solid project plan so that you truly experience the wedding or event of your dreams.
