The space is well lit and open with rollup garage doors to allow seamless flow between indoors and outdoors. A 30,000 sq. ft. paved parking lot is perfect for outdoor activities, parking for 70+ cars, and much more. The space is conveniently located 15 minutes from Downtown / Montrose / Galleria / City Center, with easy access from I-10.

There is a sauna and cold plunge facility (we are happy to add these to your booking for an additional charge – please inquire prior to finalizing your booking.) There are 3 elegantly finished restrooms, each with its own shower. During the day, the space is utilized for private fitness training.
There are 3 large TVs that can be used for streaming video, pictures, presentations, and much more. Utilize them as training tools during a workshop, to provide fun slide shows during an event, to deliver a presentation deck during a corporate retreat, and much more.
A high end sound system is perfect for playing music of your choice, streamed directly from your phone.
A large outdoor space not only provides plenty of room for parking, it’s also the perfect spot to setup outdoor activities. Others have used the outdoor space for :
