Your initial consultation will be one month prior to your wedding day. At that time we will begin to finalize all logistics with vendors, go over detailed instructions on how you want your wedding to look and flow and discuss any issues or concerns that you may have. Before the wedding: • Unlimited phone calls and emails • Client Consultations beginning 30 days before the wedding to confirm details and update on changes leading up to the wedding • Review and obtain copies of all vendor contracts • Contact vendors and confirm contract details (delivery, set-up/pick-up, returns, etc.) the week prior to the wedding • Create wedding day itinerary • Distribute itinerary to vendors prior to the wedding • Visit ceremony & reception sites (walk-thru) • Attend and coordinate ceremony rehearsal (1 hour duration) • Collect personal items related to ceremony/reception (Guest book, portrait, toasting flutes, etc.) On the day of the wedding we will: • On-site coordination & supervision at the ceremony and reception (8 hours) • One lead consultant and 1 assistant for the day of the wedding • Address any issues that may arise on the wedding day • Act as point of contact for family and wedding guest who may have questions • Assist bride & groom as needed throughout the wedding day • Supervision of all vendor deliveries/set-up at ceremony and reception • Wedding emergency kit (as needed) • Organize & distribute personal flowers of wedding party • Greet wedding guest and direct them to the ceremony & reception • Cue & direct wedding party & bride (Processional/Recessional) • Collect ceremony items to be transferred to the reception • Coordinate events and all announcements throughout the reception (first dance, champagne toast, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, etc.) • Distribute toss items for grand exit • Collect ceremony & reception items and ensure they are given to the designated family member

This package is for couples who have no time to plan for the amount of detail that is involved in planning a wedding. For couples who want the luxury of having a professional to handle all of the details then this package is for you. Event Planners Of Houston will handle all of the research, planning and coordination. This will allow the couple time to be stress-free and enjoy their wedding day! Before the wedding: • Initial consultation and luncheon • Complimentary wedding binder (Planning timeline/checklist included) • Unlimited consultations to update couple on the progress & planning of the wedding • Unlimited phone calls and emails • Establish and manage budget (inform couple when reaching/exceeding pre-set limits) • Design & Develop Consultation (Theme, Color, Décor & Concept) • Research vendors that fit within the clients budget • Schedule appointments for Cake, Venue, catering, photographer, DJ etc. (up to 4 meetings per vendor type) • Negotiate & review contracts • Attend all meetings with contracted vendors • Contact vendors and confirm contract details (delivery, set-up/pick-up, returns, etc) one week prior to the wedding • Track deposits, payments and final balances • Set-up vendor payment schedule and email reminder to client • Execute to-do items required by vendor (final headcount to caterer, guest list to calligrapher) • Email event updates to client • Etiquette counseling • Track & maintain RSVP list • Assist with ideas for wedding favors; order if necessary (paid by client with approval) • Assist with creating of floor plan & seating arrangements • Make hotel accommodations for Out-of-Town Guest • Assist with transportation arrangements for guest • Deliver Welcome Baskets/Gifts to hotel (up to 2 hotels) • Create and distribute wedding day itinerary to vendors and wedding party • Assist with wedding related errands (up to 6 hours) • Visit ceremony & reception site (walk-thru) • Attend and coordinate ceremony rehearsal • Collect & transport wedding related items to ceremony/reception Day of the wedding: • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony & reception (unlimited hours) • Two consultants for the entire day • Distribute payments to vendors • Handle any issues that may arise on the wedding day • Act as point of contact for all vendors, family and wedding guest who may have questions • Assist bride and entire bridal party throughout the wedding day • Assist with refreshments for bridal party (if ordered/arranged by client) • Supervision of all vendor deliveries/set-up at ceremony and reception • Set-up all décor not handled by the vendor(s) : menu cards, unity candles, programs, pictures, cake knife, table numbers, toasting flutes, candles, favors • Organize and distribute bouquets/boutonnieres and personal flowers of wedding party and identified family members • Wedding emergency kit (as needed) • Direct wedding guest to the ceremony and reception • Direct & cue wedding party and bride (Processional/Recessional) • Collect ceremony items to be transferred to the reception • Coordinate events and announcements throughout the reception • Distribute toss items for grand exit • Collect all items & gifts and ensure they are given to the designated family member • Coordinate breakdown of the event Please note that we do not provide janitorial services or disassemble décor (centerpieces) Post Wedding: • Return of tuxedos • Return of rental items to include: cake boards, linen, easels etc. • Pick up bride’s dress for cleaning and preservation (client selected vendor) Free gift for Bride & Groom (Select one) 1.
