Perfected over 15 years, my chocolate truffles were originally developed as a holiday gift for friends and family. Through experimentation and time, my truffles developed into luscious and creamy chocolates that people looked forward to receiving. Each year, the truffles got even better, and more and more people commented that they were really something special. While living in Greece, I became adventurous and began creating more exotic flavors using the wonderful spices, fruits and herbs conveniently growing in my backyard. I continue to use all of the rich resources available to me. I realized the difference between my hand-made truffles and commercial truffles was the ALL fresh, natural ingredients and the very, very best Belgian chocolate. I brew the coffees, cook fruits, squeeze and zest oranges, lemons and limes. I use local honey, and a variety of nuts and dried fruits from all over the world - the very best I can find.
