TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
A deposit of 20% minimum is required to commitment for services
Deposit is not refundable other than specified and signed by both parties
Fifty percent (50%) of the balance due is to be paid at least four weeks prior to event date
Personal checks will only be accepted up to two weeks prior to function
Balance is required to be paid in full 2 weeks prior date of event
Patty's Flowers and Baskets reserved the right to cancel any service due to nonpayment on stipulated times
Patty's Flowers and Baskets commits to deliver and set up event room, church, hall or outdoors an hour prior to the event, the latest.
