Terms and Conditions

1. To secure your date you must pay a non-refundable deposit of $200. This fee will be deducted from your balance. 2. A $200 damage fee deposit is required when booking the venue. The damage fee deposit is refundable if the facility is left clean and free of damages at the conclusion of the event. If damage has occurred, a fee will be deducted from your damage fee deposit. 3. Set up is included in your booking. All tables and chairs will be set up before arrival. 4. Upon departure, please make sure that you have an adequate amount of time allocated for gathering your decorations and materials. 5. All trash must be placed in the kitchenette area. DO NOT overfill the trash bags, use additional bags if necessary. 6. An additional $150/hr will be charged if the event goes over the specified time.
