Wedding at The Casino — An Eventective User from Hermitage, PA

Let me start this review off with this; I feel like I robbed Buhl Park. My husband and I looked at a ton of wedding venues. All of them were super expensive, and the price kept going up year after year, and most of them didn't include catering or a bar in their prices. Which is fine, but if I'm paying $10,000 for a venue, they better include something. The Casino was a VERY, very reasonable price. I was shocked they didn't charge more. We are originally from the Hermitage area, which means 90% of our guests are from the Hermitage area. A lot of people have been to Buhl Park and a lot of people have seen the outside of The Casino, but a lot of our guests have never been inside. And let me tell you, the place is just as beautiful inside as it is outside, and we had a lot of guests tell us that as well. Another plus was being able to use their conference room as part of our rehearsal dinner. That also saved us money, we didn't have to worry about renting out a room at another restaurant and it gave us free power to cater whatever food we wanted. (we chose pizza since we're both pizza lovers) I have to give a shoutout to the personnel as well. Annie -- the event coordinator-- was very helpful and was quick to respond to any of my questions. We currently live in Tennessee and planning a wedding in another state is hard, but it was a relief to know that everything with the venue was set and how we preferred it. We had an incident during our rehearsal dinner, but thanks to the park rangers, we never even knew about it until after the fact. They really made sure no one disturbed our event! We honestly couldn't ask for a better wedding and we want to thank everyone at Buhl Park for giving us a day we'll never forget!
