All ceremonies we perform MUST be scheduled in English. NO WALK UPS! You must bring a valid Virginia Marriage License which requires a valid English Govt Issued Picture ID, not a temp ID(Obtained M-F except Holidays). If the Courthouse tells you weddings are not done at the Courthouse anymore, they are wrong! Weddings are done at the Courthouse Wedding Venues (not in the Courthouse) every day by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Office Marriages are NOT allowed! Couples' from MD, WV, PA, NC, and NJ come to Henrico Courthouse Complex. MD, PA, and NJ all have waiting periods. MD Couples' also come to Henrico to avoid 1-3 months for an appointment at their County Courthouse. Couples' from WV come because WV has no civil marriage celebrants, or Justices of the Peace, and Couples' from NC come to avoid the 2 witnesses. Henrico is the right place to come to avoid the red tape in other States, and have a Trained Wedding Minister, not a civil marriage celebrant in Winchester to perform your Ceremony, or a ceremony in the Old Hanover Courthouse many times performed by an untrained civil celebrant. You can have a Complete Wedding Ceremony with All Guests Present, or Zoomed In for the Ceremony! You can have your dad walk you down the aisle with your favorite song playing, have flower girls, ring bearers, groomsmen, and bridesmaids. We can't answer every call but we return every call within 2 hours only when you leave a message! We are not affiliated with Henrico County or Henrico County Circuit Court! The fee is higher if we go to your location! Be aware of the inaccurate information on courthouse ceremonies. If we travel to your Virginia location to perform your ceremony, the fee ranges from $200-$600. Scheduled ceremonies are performed at our venues from 10-6 or your Virginia location till 8 seven days a week. All fees received are non-refundable consultation fees! All ID's for marriage licenses MUST be in English! We are not affiliated with Henrico County or Henrico County Circuit Court. The fee for the Marriage License is stated on the Henrico Circuit Court Website. There is no waiting period , and the License is good for 60 days, and must be returned to the courthouse by either the bride or groom no later than 5 days after the day of the ceremony! Appointments are NOT needed for the Henrico Marriage Licenses. The Courthouse hours to get a marriage license are 8-3 . Both parties MUST be there together by 3:00! All information the Courthouse requires is stated on their Website! All ceremonies MUST start on time with back to back weddings all day long!
