I was under the impression that you could get married in the courthouse. The advised me to google civil celebrant, I called Ms Brown and she was able to meet me at the courthouse in Henrico County and perform a beautiful ceremony in the little park area. The ceremony was very nice, and she was helpful with explaining the process. I would recommend her to anyone planning an intimate ceremony.
