Two hours is the minimum rental time.
All inclusive rental fee for five (5) hours, $1050. This price includes; 3 hours extra time for set-up/clean-up, bar, audio/visual system. The Event Center is a 5000 square foot building, the party event area is 3400 square feet, enough space to comfortably seat 200 persons. The spacious grounds surrounding the property is owned by Hayden Parks and Recreation District. The event center offers a dance floor, overhead projector with a 144 inch projection screen, Shure commercial quality wireless microphone, audio system and wide screen television. The complete audio visual system is valued at over $5,000, all for your use at no additional charge. The bar is licensed by the state of Idaho to have a full service bar. If you choose to utilize the bar you will find our alcohol charges competitive. We accept special wine and alcohol requests on a per event basis. The facility has a fabulous kitchen available for your use at no additional charge. It has a pass through window for serving your guests. You may select one of our proven caterers, your own caterer or provide your own prepared meals in our kitchen. There is no additional fee for use of our kitchen, another benefit to rent the Shrine Event Center . Included in our pricing is use of round or rectangle tables and chairs (with table clothes, minor cleaning fee) .
