About Amelie Event Venue

Amelie Venue is located in South Hattiesburg, MS. We are a new venue and ready to host your next event! We host birthday parties, gender reveal parties, engagement events, memorial services, retirement celebrations and outdoor weddings. Amelie House sits secluded on about 5 acres of natural woodlands. The house has a large den for events with a formal dining room attached. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths for rent if needed. There is 3600 square feet of cement for an outdoor wedding, reception, or any other event type. There are also several spots to choose from for a tent. A separate kitchen is available for catering and prepping services. We allow outside food and catering, but would be happy to recommend local caterers as well. We have an in-house floral person to help with your floral needs, and there are complementary ferns and plants to use. We have seating for 100 - 125 guests plus tables and tablecloths. Family Memorial - An Eventective User from Destin, FL

Amelie is a beautiful, spacious, warm and inviting venue that is perfect for so many gatherings or events. We had family and friends gather from several states to remember our cousin who had passed away several months ago. The spacious living/dining area on the main floor provided an open area to gather, talk, laugh, and share a meal. Several members of our group booked rooms for an overnight stay. The rooms are luxurious and the bathrooms are well appointed with everything you need. The venue is located right off of Hwy 49 and is only a short drive south of Hattiesburg. The beautiful landscape outside provides extra event space as well. There is a commercially appointed kitchen for preparing any size meals. The owner is knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely wants to help make your event and stay wonderful. I have planned special events for Junior Auxiliary and in my past job as a Development Director, and I do not hesitate to recommend Amelie for a special event. It is a very special place with the perfect combination of beauty, size, and ammenities.
