Pennsylvania Jail/Prison Wedding Ministers Proxy Ceremonies thru Kansas

804-244-2302 435-263-1516, Opolis, Kansas, Harrisburg, PA
We are aware of the problems of inmates getting married in Pennsylvania because the law requires both parties to appear together before a court Official. While some Prisons in some counties have teamed up with the local Court to allow the inmate to appear by video when the fiancee is at the Courthouse, and while some Court Officials go to the Prison to meet with both parties, and still others have had to have a Court Order issued to allow a Marriage License to be issued. Why go to all this trouble or spend time and money when you can have a remote marriage thru Kansas with the Officiant, fiancee, two witnesses, and a Proxy, being available for the ceremony? The inmate can participate if they are able to call at the time of the ceremony. When this does not happen, a Proxy authorized by the inmate to speak for the inmate consents to the marriage. All details are on our South Carolina Jail/Prison Wedding Ministers/Officiants thru Kansas Eventective listing. Be sure to read that listing before contacting us. We are not affiliated with Pennsylvania DOC.

Rev. Byron is wonderful and I don't know how he helps so many people in prison who are denied the right to marry because of State Law and Prison Policy. Thank God for a man who adheres to the US Supreme Court Ruling approving all inmate marriages especially in Pennsylvania. Thanks Rev. Byron Mary and Derek
