Terms and Conditions

• This facility is a non-smoking facility, there is to be NO smoking inside of the facility. • No gum is allowed in the facility at no times; any violation of gum found on any Digiworld property or flooring shall incur a $25 fee from lessor refundable deposit. • No weapons are allowed on the premises; any weapons found may result in the termination of the event. • There is to be no loitering outside of the facility. • No decorations, tape, staples, nails, thumbtacks or other items are allowed on the walls. • (Upon inspection, if walls are damaged, charges for damages will be applied) • No pets or animals, except helper dogs, are allowed in or around the hall. • No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted; any violation shall incur a $50 fee from lessee refundable deposit per violation. • Make sure all trash is picked up inside and outside and placed in a trash container. • Tables and chairs need to be stacked against the wall located by the roll up door. • Digiworld Entertainment reserves the right to cancel any event it deemed contrary to the event agreed upon by Lessee and Digiworld Entertainment that violates this agreement. • Digiworld Entertainment also reserves the right to cancel any event, in which the Lessee misled as to the type and conduct of the activities taking place during such an event. • Lessee forfeits any and all monetary fees paid by Lessee, due to any cancellation resulting from the actions of that violates this agreement. Hold Harmless Clause Lessee is a private and non-affiliate entity of Digiworld Entertainment. Lessee shall defend, indemnify and hold Digiworld Entertainment, its officers, employees and volunteers harmless from any and all claims, suites, actions, or liabilities for injury or death of any person or loss or damages to property, which arises out of Lessee’s use of Premises, or from the conduct of Lessee’s officers, employees, volunteers and patrons, or from the activity permitted by Lessee during Lessee’s event.
