Chef Reni Alves’ South Florida catering career dates back to 2001. Inspired by her family’s passion for delectable food, chef Reni was first inspired to cook in her native Brazil. Influenced by her father, a notable restauranteur, chef Reni grew up on a bountiful farm, surrounded by the freshest ingredients nature has to offer. Sustainable farming has nurtured her love and appreciation of the finest and freshest of food.
Chef Reni earned a prestigious degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University. Chef Reni began her career as an executive chef for a world-renowned private company before spearheading what has now become Hallandale’s premiere boutique catering and event-planning service.
Inspired by contemporary American and Brazilian fare, chef Reni’s talents are limitless. She describes her cuisine as “multi-cultural.”
