We follow a tiered cancellation structure, with fees based on how far in advance the event is cancelled. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to 100% of anticipated revenue.
Deposits & Payment
A deposit schedule will be provided for events paid by credit card, cheque, or wire transfer. For groups with approved direct billing, payment is due within 30 days of the event’s conclusion.
Payment Options
We accept credit cards, cheques (excluding personal cheques), and wire transfers. Direct billing may be available upon completion of a credit application; however, it is not typically offered for events occurring within 30 days of inquiry.
