Event Venue and multipurpose facility located on 14 acres just off of I30 on the Greenville/Caddo Mills border. The Modern/Industrial design has 12,800 square feet of conditioned space with plenty of additional room outdoors with paved porches, patios, walkways, drive and parking. There are both public and private facilities and full catering and bar service areas. The versatile space will accommodate weddings, receptions, graduation parties, retirement parties, birthday parties, reunions, banquets, memorials, meetings and corporate functions, school functions, quinceaneras, etc.

Great place to make your special memories last a life time. - An Eventective User

We had our wedding here October 9th. This venue is amazing and very beautiful! Set up throughout was wonderful. And the owner, Chris and his brother, went above and beyond what you would expect. They truly went out of their way to make our special day more than we could have ever dreamed of! We look forward to using this event venue in the future for other special occasions. We truly cant say enough about this venue, from the inside of the building and throughout. The outside is just as beautiful with all of the little touches that truly take your breath away. There is a lot of venues, as we looked at just about all of them for our wedding day with our friends and family. There were none that could touch what all you get with the people and what this venue have to offer. The birdal suite was perfect as well as the groom's suite. We had lots of room to get ready for that special moment. The kitchen and equipment are topnotch with everything you could ever need. Chris even offered to drive to town for anything we forgot or needed. Words just are not enough to say how we feel about this place and the people there. But we will say this... There is no other place that we would want our special moment of walking down the aisle and taking that first look at each other to be at. This place will always be in our hearts and memories. Thanks for everything Chris!
