Spacious 3200 square foot of open floorplan ( or you can divide the space), 2 bathrooms, changing room, makes it suitable for birthday parties, bridal showers, wedding receptions, corporate events, and social gatherings. The space can accommodate up to 80 guests. •Catering is allowed. • Décor packages are available. Cleaning fees are required: it go for cleaning BEFORE your party (sometimes the venue has 2 events in a row) and cleaning AFTER your party, taking trash out of the building: you just put your food leftovers in trash bags and leave them at the door inside of the building. 4 HOURS - min.
