About Greeley Events at Boomer House

Historic mayoral home of William M. Boomer, 1895. Late Victorian/Queen Anne home located in downtown Greeley, Colorado. Seven rooms and an outdoor patio. The main floor has a foyer, four rooms, ADA bathroom, wheelchair access, commercial kitchen and seats 45. The upstairs has three rooms, bathroom and seats 30. Our backyard patio boasts a mega chess set and lawn games, and seating for 25. We have private parking in back (alley access), two handicap spots and wheelchair ramp. Great catering options. Liquor license.

$50 per hour for up to 12 people, $75 per hour for up to 25 people, $100 per hour for up to 45 people (either on the main floor or upstairs). $150 for up to 100 people (both floors). Rental rate also includes the back patio, which is our accessible entrance with handicap ramp, and also boasts a mega chess set and beautiful patio, which can seat 25. Minimum 2 hours including setup, and we offer bookings morning, afternoon, all day or evening. Catering is priced separately for breakfast burritos and luncheons. Coffee, tea and water is included in morning bookings. Optional to do lunch beverages with large carafes of iced tea, lemonade, sodas and local craft beer/wine with Boomer House. Team building social games hosted by Amy an option and included! We run hosted board game events on the weekends and boast a large collection of games! See greeleygamenight.com for more details. And, we have The Suite at Boomer House, an AirBnB in the basement, sleeps four and can be booked along with events. We do offer 25% off event rentals for Churches & Nonprofit groups.

Main floor $150 per hour for up to 45 people and can additionally add on the upstairs for $50 per hour (three rooms, seats up to 30 people), so $200 per hour for entire house. Rental rate also includes the back patio, which is our accessible entrance with handicap ramp and also boasts a mega chess set, corn hole, mega jenga and mega connect four, and three patio tables with seating for 20. Our official building occupancy is 133, however 100 people seems to work best. Minimum 2 hours including setup, and we offer bookings morning, afternoon, all day or evening. Agfinity Board of Director Christmas Diner - An Eventective User from Bennett, CO

We held our year end Christmas diner with the Board of Directors, spouses ,Agfinity CEO and Executive Assistant and Recruitment Specialist. We had 16 people for a beautiful sit down full course meal. The staff were so accommodating and attentive. The house could not have looked more beautiful all decorated for Christmas. Pictures in front of the Christmas tree and a warm and relaxing environment made the evening so special. It was conducive for conversation and the attention to detail was noticed by all. Highly recommend hosting an event here.
