We recently hosted our third annual fundraiser at the airport, and once again the experience exceeded our expectations. The venue provided the perfect setting for our event — the space was welcoming, well-organized, and ideal for accommodating our guests comfortably.
The staff, especially Brad, were exceptional from beginning to end. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared in advance, and their professionalism and flexibility made it easy to adjust plans as needed throughout the event. Their support allowed everything to run seamlessly and created an atmosphere that was both polished and relaxed.
The food was outstanding and received many compliments from our guests, and the entire process — from setup to cleanup — was efficient and stress-free. It is rare to host an event of this size with such ease, and that is a true credit to the staff and the quality of the venue.
We are sincerely grateful for the care and attention provided by Brad and the entire team. The combination of a wonderful space and an exceptional staff made this year’s fundraiser especially successful, and we look forward to hosting future events here.

We rented out the Airport Event and Conference Center for an annual agriculture banquet and it was a great experience from start to finish. Brad was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond which included picking up place settings for us (one example of many). The space was set up, CLEAN, and ready for us when we arrived. The staff at the event was friendly and did a great job. The food was very delicious and we LOVED that they were willing to work with us as we provided the meat from local Montana ranchers. Everything went so smoothly and we have already booked this space for 2025! Highly recommend!

I had my wedding reception here. It was so nice to have the catering and space all in one. Brad was extremely helpful and communicative. The space is beautiful and was already set up for us, all we had to do was bring our centerpieces and other decorations. All of my guests kept saying it was amazing service and the best food they have ever had at a wedding. One of the beat parts was we had the space until midnight and the staff took care of the cleaning. I highly recommend for any large event it was beautiful and stress free!
Outstanding Customer Service

My husband and I had our reception in the Top of the Falls Room here. I started talking to Brad Reynolds over the phone and email around July 2022. He was always super helpful, quick to respond, and great to interact with. When the time came for us to pick our meal plan in May 2023, he honored the prices sent to us the summer before, even though they had increased by then. I was also able to confirm that the food would be peanut and soy free, since I am allergic to both, and I felt very comfortable with their assurances that it would be safe for me to eat. It was also delicious! The reception went by without a hitch, and we appreciated the impeccable service (which included cutting and plating our wedding cake). I can't recommend the location or the employees more. We're really grateful for everything they did!

We (The Montana Department of Agriculture) worked with Brad for a inaugural event in January of 2023. The event space comfortably fit 100 guests and Brad did an amazing job with planning, catering, communication and was immensely helpful the day of the event. The views of the mountains and the amount of natural light that pour into both rooms was perfect. We definitely recommend the space and working with Brad to get things dialed in. Thank you again.

The Perfect Wedding

My husband and I had our wedding here at the GF Airport Event and Conference Center. There is not much to say other than everything was absolutely perfect. Brad helped me coordinate everything, and I mean everything, including the room layout, seating, cocktails, timelines, food, everything! It was so convenient to have everything in place so that when the day comes, you don't have to worry about it. There was staff to set up and tear down our ceremony area, pass out food during cocktail hour, serve us dinner, clear our plates- I mean it when I say they did everything! My husband and I truly did not have to worry about a single thing on our big day, and that is all owed to the wonderful staff. This event center is easily the classiest place in Great Falls to have a wedding, or any other event. On top of all that- the food was excellent! We had an overabundance of food, including hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, and a three-course dinner. And don't get me started on the value of everything. This event center had everything we needed including a bridal suite for my bridal party to get ready in, another room for men to get ready in, and the main room was big enough to accommodate our ceremony and reception. Everything we needed, including the room rental fees AND the food and this event center is still one of the most reasonably priced venues in Great Falls. I cannot rave enough about this venue and the wonderful staff who work it. I am so grateful to them for making our day so perfect. 10/10!!!

Brad and staff are the best!! They were responsive with the cheeriest of attitudes, helpful beyond belief. I can't say enough about the staff. Just the best. The venue is a complete delight. It is very comfortable. We used both meeting spaces and both fit our needs great. The food both days was great. There were no complaints. Hats off to Oak Wells and thank you very much! You helped us pull of a great event.

Everything was so great for my wedding. Rented both rooms out. Brad the venue manager was the ABSOLUTE BEST! He was so accommodating. Worked with us every step of the way. The staff wa as also amazing. They were very on top of things and I couldnt have asked for it to go any better!!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Brad Reynolds. He was accommodating and patient and listened to our requests as well as provide valuable advice.
Our Employees end of the year party was a complete success! (and that is an understatement!) The food was excellent and plenty of it. The ambiance allowed for jovial conversation and the stage is viewable from all sides. The arrangement of the room maximized the space and yet felt cozy. The personnel, all of them, extremely patient and attentive to the guests.
I whole hardheartedly recommend this venue for any ceremony or large gathering.

Our family hosted a service to honor our mom’s life. The entire experience - from the quality service, great attention to detail, affordability, amazing food and beautiful, yet intimate spaces far surpassed not only our expectations but blew other places we had been considering right out of the water! The room was elegant, clean and well-equipped where everything was provided — no additional reservations nor cleaning needed for hauling chairs, tables, linens, paying for parking, etc. The rooms are quiet, beautifully equipped, modern, have large, clean restrooms, elevators for people who struggle with stairs and include parking. Hands down, you’re missing out if you don’t seriously consider this space and talented team!
