Everything in this package option includes the weekend wedding celebration but additionally makes available the farm house for an overnight on Saturday. This includes two bedrooms, large living room, one full bath, kitchen and both enclosed and open porches. The property also offers camping for your guests if you would like (no RV campers please). My basic fee for this 2 1/2 day weekend is $3500.
Terms and Conditions
This package provides access to the property, which includes the barn, farmhouse and 45 acres. Your weekend celebration can start with the rehearsal dinner and end with a Sunday brunch! Why book multiple locals? Our historic, rustic barn is comprised of three spaces, including a side sitting room and a loft overlooking the dance floor spanning half the barn. The custom built in bar is perfect for serving your guests your delicious cocktails of choice. There is a raised stage area in the lower corner for a band or a DJ or pop in your own mix to the barn system to entertain your guests. The barn floor is the perfect location for you and your guests to dance the night away. The expansive lawn behind the barn is the perfect location should you wish to rent a tent, tables and chairs for a sit down meal. An outdoor kitchen area is available for you or your caterer of choice to use when preparing and serving your wedding feast. This package includes use of such props as tiki torches, directional and informational signs, barn wood chalkboards, old barrels with umbrellas and if you'd like a selection of lawn games. Hundreds of event lights drape the outside of the barn while white fairy lights dot the inside.A large bon fire ring is also available if you and your guests wish to end the night around a cozy fire. The Caswell Farm offers many options. You may choose a tented event coupled with the barn for music and dancing. We also offer the wonderful opportunity of on overnight event in which your guests tent out, or enjoy the area's bed and breakfast options, with the reception ending with an old fashioned bonfire. Our antique barn is small but quaint, available for your reception or dancing, has a charming rustic feel and the decor and lighting add elegance to the event. Fields of flowers offer special options for an outdoor wedding, with the comfort and peace of mind of the barn for an indoor reception. No matter the combination of features you decide upon for your ideal wedding day, we are able to customize to your desires and are always onsite and available to ensure your wedding runs smoothly and with precision.
