Once again Haley helped me provide another delicious educational conference for the WMOA!

This was our 3rd year having our 2 day event here at Thosand Oaks. Haley did a great job and was easy to work with. While our event was going on Diane made sure everything was taken care of and always made sure our needs were met. We hope to be back agian next year! Thanks again!

Thousand Oaks was the perfect venue to have a private wedding rehearsal dinner. The accommodations from the venue to the food were fantastic. The service was outstanding! I would highgly recommend this venue to anyone.

Thousand Oaks hosted a holiday event for our group of about 60 people. The food was amazing, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and our representative was excellent.

We held a small dinner wedding in late November. Haley, our event planner, was very easy to work with being very responsive and keeping us on track during the planning process. The staff on the night of the dinner were great. We recommend this venue.

The Oak Leaf Lounge at Thousand Oaks was an ideal setting for our son's rehearsal dinner. The room looks out on the golf course and has its own private balcony to take in the views. Appetizers, dinner (we chose plated), and dessert were all delicious with a many good options to choose from when planning our event. Our guests raved! The event manager went out of her way to help me plan as I am not local to Grand Rapids. This would be a great venue for a baby or bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, anniversary party or special birthday.

Thousand Oakes (Redwater) was a great place for our corporate event. Staff was professional, food was good (and ready on time). Five Stars.

The entire staff at Thousand Oaks did an amazing job of putting together a wonderful party for our 50th anniversary. Natalie did a great job answering all our questions as we were planning the event with helpful hints and recommendations so the "day of" turned out perfect. Diane and Zach were hands at the event and made sure everything ran like clockwork. The staff was polite and discreet and handled things beautifully. We did not have to worry about a thing! Definitely contact them for your next event.

Our daughter graduated with her masters degree and we wanted to celebrate her. Reds at Thousand Oaks was perfect for what we needed. Very nice private room for 14, great service, good food and very reasonably priced. We ordered off the menu so everyone could get exactly what they wanted,, as well as a kids menu. Morning

We held a holiday party at Thousand Oaks and our experience was wonderful! The staff, from the planning to the day of event staff, was absolutely spectacular! If you needed something, it was done quickly and happily with no questions asked. Everyone made us feel so welcome and they made it so simple.

Amazing facility we have used them 2 years in a row to hold our work Christmas Party. We have a large crowd so we break it up into 2 parties so this is an all day event. Each time the crew /customer service/ and food were amazing. No Complaints!

I am so happy that I chose Thousand Oaks Golf Club as the venue for our 40 person baby shower. The staff was very responsive and delivered on every aspect of the event. Several guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food and relaxed atmosphere.

I had my daughter’s bridal shower at Thousand Oaks in the Oak Leaf lounge. We had 30 attendees but it could easily accommodate 50-60. The food was delicious (basil pesto chicken, herb roasted potatoes, broccolini, Mac&chs and garden salad.) Everything was cooked to perfection and beautiful presentation. The staff was very organized, efficient and friendly. We had a lemon theme bridal shower, so I had yellow napkins and brought lemon table runners and did pitchers with fresh lemon for centerpieces. Jillissa Dolly was my event planner and she was wonderful to work with. Kept in regular communication and always answered all of my questions promptly.

They hosted a graduation for us. Everything was coordinated perfectly with no issues.

We've rented various rooms for different meetings, each time everything was set up when we arrived, the food was great and staff very professional

We booked an event here recently and from start to finish the whole process was wonderful. And that is due to Jillissa. She was amazing to work with. We needed a date change she quickly made it happen. We needed added food options again she made it happen. The space and amenities were wonderful and people loved the food.

We had a wonderful experience with Thousand Oaks for our son's rehearsal dinner! The staff was very attentive, especially Jillissa the event manager. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made some wonderful recommendations. The Oak Leaf Lounge was the perfect venue for our group of 40. It is located on the second floor, is very private, and has a balcony with a spectacular view of the course. The balcony was defiantly an added bonus and was a wonderful place to enjoy a cocktail on a warm July night. We choose to do the dinner buffet style and everything was presented beautifully and replenished for an hour, which was wonderful for our group which included several current and former college hockey players with large appetites. I cannot say enough about how much everyone enjoyed the evening and I will recommend Thousand Oaks to anyone who asks about our experience.

The entire experience was great from planning, to the event, to final billing. I would highly recommend Thousand Oaks for your event.

We celebrated our wedding reception at Red's at Thousand Oaks on June 22, 2023. We opted for a Thursday night reception so we participated in the All-Inclusive package, which for the small number of guests we had I would do that all over again. Jillissa was our event planner and from the moment we showed interest in the venue, she was there to answer my thousand questions, walk us through the process and make sure the day went smoothly. The venue itself was beautiful, the food was wonderful and our day went as planned. I would highly recommend this venue.

We were so pleased with everything at Thousand Oaks - the food was delicious (especially the parmesan chicken!) , the room was beautifully set up, the setting itself overlooking the golf course is just gorgeous, and working with Jillissa made everything come together so easily. Highly recommend.

We hosted our event at the Birch Room at Thousand Oaks. They offer a large catering menu and a helpful staff. Overall a nice location and beautiful deck access for photos. Our luncheon was complimented by our guests. I would recommend this venue.

We had a company event at Thousand Oaks. The atmosphere was great. The room over looked the golf course. We enjoyed the food. We will be back for future events.

The sales manager, banquet manager and staff were all very courteous, responsive to our needs, and easy to work with! The taco buffet and desserts were tasty. The facility is not extravagant, but is nice and clean. We appreciated having parking directors and golf carts for transport available as we arrived and departed. One exit made it slow for our large group to leave the property.

Thousand Oaks was a wonderful place to hold our annual banquet. The food was great, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was a beautiful setting.
