With the building’s original freight elevator, high ceilings and a view to Mezz, the Cottage Grove Lounge is the perfect backdrop for memorable events such as graduation parties, baby showers, fundraisers, or private events. Access to a small side porch, and loft area with 360 degree views of the area, extends the space even further, fitting up to 75 people for informal seated events, 32 people if seated. The handicap accessible space also features several amenities such as connected bathrooms, an AV system, and the option to add mobile bar area. Just above the Cottage Grove Lounge, The Mezz offers stunning 360 degree views of the surrounding neighborhood and is the ideal space for small gatherings of up to 30 people. It has an AV/sound system, the option to add The Rooftop Garden space, all of which are handicap accessible.

Surrounded by lush trees and plants, the Rooftop Garden offers great views of the neighborhood and is the perfect space for entertaining up to 40 people outdoors. It’s outfitted with tables and comfortable seating and also has access to bathrooms and a sound system. Open for three seasons, it also features a firepit and standing heaters for chilly nights.

With original hardwood floors, beautiful exposed bricks, and wooden beams, the Madison Ballroom is nothing short of stunning. The open floor plan features large garage doors that open onto a front deck, blending the indoors and outdoors. With a capacity of 250 people, a bar, the capability to hold a stage area, three projectors, bathrooms, and an audio visual (AV) system, the handicap accessible ballroom is the perfect space for large receptions and galas, weddings, and fundraisers.
