Every event includes full use of our 1,400 sq. ft. of space. With a stunning gas fireplace as the centerpiece, 707 also features a three-seasons room that opens to the outdoors, a state of the art sound system, a granite bar perfect for displaying food, crafting signature cocktails, or serving as a stage for your crafts, brochures, or gifts. When you decide to host your event at 707, an event host will help you design your perfect celebration and be available throughout to answer any questions or provide needed assistance. Additionally, each event rental includes complimentary soft beverage service. Rentals may choose to use the stylish furniture and decorations already in place, or rent additional tables and chairs. 707 does not require that you use an in-house catering service, so you are free to arrange for any food to suit your event.
