Wedding Reception - An Eventective User from Grand Forks, ND

We had our wedding reception at the Hilton Garden Inn in Grand Forks and it was absolutely wonderful. We started planning out wedding only two months in advance and the event manager was so very pleasant and helpful with all of our needs. She checked in with us several times before the event and made sure everything was set up perfectly for the occasion. They had several packages and options for us to choose from. The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby was very welcoming and all of our guests felt right at home. The reception area is away from the rooms so we didn't feel like we were in the way of any other guests and we didn't have guests coming in that we didn't know. There were many places for our photographer to take great pictures as well. The lobby has a wonderful fireplace and there is also a wonderful flowers outside. Our reception dinner was great and everything was set up as arranged. The food was incredible. We had chicken and roast beef. The chicken and beef was so tender and flavored very well. It was very enjoyable for everyone. The staff was very accommodating with our reception needs and went above and beyond our expectations. They made sure that everyone had anything that they needed. We had a video that played after dinner and it was set up and playing at the correct time. They made sure everything was cleared and ready when the DJ started as well. They also gave us a suite with our reception package and it was a very beautiful room. There were bath robes, champagne, and also a hot tub in our room. The hotel also has a small restaurant area were all of guests were able to have breakfast in the morning with having to leave and be in a rush to check out. We had a wonderful experience and I would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn. It was a wonderful, enjoyable, worry free place for our wedding reception.
