Meetings with a view at the Botanic Garden — An Eventective User from Waukegan, IL

When the meeting attendees first arrived, they were amazed by the surroundings. The beautiful setting of the botanic garden provided a backdrop of serenity. During our lunch hour and other breaks, we all headed outside for tours and exhibit visits. The staff were easy to work with and we were provided with breakfast, lunch and a snack. All our food choices were delicious and we found packages that fit our budget. We were able to rent all the basics (AV, easels, etc) from their meeting services. The location was ideal for those from the North Shore, downtown or airport. Our meeting room had floor to ceiling glass walls which provided us with natural light and an overall better mood! We have used this site several times and have always left happy. We have even received requests to allow more time to explore the gardens (free entry for attendees the day of the meeting) and I'm happy to oblige,
