Our venue is more than just a space—it’s a destination, housed within a charming, 120-year-old building that features a piece of local legend: the oldest horseshoe bar in California. This unique, art-filled backdrop offers a bright, spacious interior with flexible lighting and floorplan, making it ideal for everything from corporate gatherings and celebratory parties to wedding receptions and community functions. We specialize in hosting a multitude of different types of events, and welcome public events that align with our art-forward mission. A Dynamic Space for Every Occasion The Clove Art Complex offers flexibility and space to accommodate gatherings large and small: Maximum Occupancy: Our venue can comfortably host up to 175 guests. Included Seating: The space comes equipped with our existing daily furniture, providing comfortable, built-in seating for 65–70 people. We are happy to accommodate your table and seating rentals. Full Venue Rental: To ensure privacy and dedicated service, rental of the entire complex is required for private events with 45 or more guests (unless the event is approved as open to the public). Catering & Culinary Flexibility We believe great food and drinks are essential to a great event, and we offer options to suit any need: In-House Catering: Leverage our professional team with discounted base rates for weekday events. We offer catering discounts for groups of 85 or more. Kitchen Access for Outside Chefs: We welcome outside culinary professionals! Our fully equipped kitchen is available for use by an external chef for a $350 fee, and our Kitchen Manager will be on-site to assist throughout the event. Free Rental Opportunity: Events up to 3 hours (including setup/breakdown) can secure free venue rental when meeting a minimum food and beverage spend of $1,000 to $1,500. Ready to Book Your Event?
