Old Findlay Farm — Lakeside Pavilion Venue Celebrate Year-Round at Old Findlay Farm Experience rustic charm and natural beauty in every season at our private lakeside farm in Gatineau. Whether blanketed in snow or surrounded by summer greens, the pavilion offers a relaxed, picturesque space for weddings, parties, and creative gatherings. Old Findlay Farm is now introducing cozy winter gatherings — a new way to enjoy the farm’s atmosphere surrounded by snow, firelight, and forest views. Winter (November–March) — “Rustic Winter Gatherings” New this season, our enclosed pavilion offers a rustic winter setting with clear-panel views of the surrounding trees, a wood stove, and other heaters for warmth. While not fully insulated, the pavilion provides protection from the wind and the feel of an authentic countryside retreat. Guests can gather by the outdoor firepit, simply take in the winter scenery or wander beautiful walking paths through trees and a meadow, softly lit at night. Perfect for holiday parties, small weddings, and family celebrations of up to 125 guests. Bring your own caterer or refreshments — we provide the setting, the firelight, and the charm. Summer to Fall (May–October)- "Nature's Backdrop for your Celebration" In warmer months, the pavilion opens fully to the surrounding trees and the gentle view of the spring-fed lake below. Scenic, outdoor, covered event space for creating memories with family and friends. Surrounded by trees in a large open space, at the end of a beach by a spring-fed lake on a privately, owned farm. Perfect for summer or fall weddings, bridal or baby showers, anniversary parties, birthday parties and reunions. Pavilion style building with 3 open sides, (1450sq. ft), with electricity and a foot-friendly, rubber, interlock floor built with owner harvested lumber. Building includes a 128sq. ft serving/bar area, 128sq. ft stage and LED string lights for a magical ambiance. Two fridges, a stove, a gas BBQ and firewood are included. Two white, 20x30 marquee tents are also available for rent. Bring your own caterer or refreshments — we provide the setting, the firelight, and the charm. You and your guests can wander beautiful walking paths through trees and a meadow, softly lit at night. There are also two small cabins and several camping areas for overnight guests. This is a working Farm. We grow haskap, vegetables, lavender, fruit trees, hemp and we raise animals.
