Terms and Conditions
1) The venue can accommodate a maximum of 50 people due to it being an intimate venue.
2) The parking lot is currently unavailable due to renovations. This poses a hazard.
3) All events must conclude and the doors must be closed by 12:00 AM.
4) Please ensure that your full balance is paid at least 7 days prior to the event.
5) Glitter and confetti are not allowed as they are difficult to clean.
6) Bringing in outside alcohol will incur a flat fee of $150, inclusive of the cost for an on-site guard.
7) Access to the upstairs office space is strictly prohibited. Only the bathroom is available for use.
8) Please refrain from blocking the neighbor's driveway, standing on their lawn, or gathering in front of their house.
9) Keep the venue doors closed at all times during use to minimize noise disturbance.
10) A $150 security deposit is required, which will be refunded within 24 hours after the event, provided that the venue is left undamaged and cleaned.
11) Items left over after 24 hours will be cleared and disposed of. The organizer will not be held responsible for any items left behind.
12) All parties are responsible for bringing their own garbage bags to clean up after the event, as they are not provided.
13) Parties are permitted to decorate the venue 2 hours prior to the scheduled party time.
