Elegant, Relaxed Setting Goes a Long Way - An Eventective User from East Rockaway, NY

The best place to host a meeting is in the Garden City Hotel. We needed to land a client and I decided to set the meeting at the hotel after attending a function a couple of months earlier. The last time I was there I was in awe of my Penthouse Suite. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The food was just amazing... to die for. They put out such a lovely breakfast spread and it's actually a really nice view out the window. Anyways we set the meeting up and the client loved the stay at the hotel. The meeting room was very fancy, It even had a fireplace and Tv. I noticed bigger conference rooms but we only needed the smallest one. We had lunch and about an hour later the client was signed.The client was impressed beyond words. They are know our top client and have the hotel's meeting room to thank for this. You will be happy from the start with the very warm welcome you receive from the hotel's staff. This would not just be an amazing place for a business meeting but also a wedding or any occasion for that matter. Its that beautiful of a property. Service was remarkable and staff really took care of us from start to finish Even when I came back from the workout center a bellhop waited with water and towel. Never had that happen before other than beach resorts. Rooms could use updating but who cares, service was one of the best I've experienced even in fancier hotels.
