The Most Elegent Wedding in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area — An Eventective User from Galveston, Texas

The Tremont House in Galveston, Texas is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This Wyndham Grand Hotel is an elegantly restored 1879 Edwardian architecturally designed hotel which is immaculately decorated with fourteen foot ceilings and cast iron balconies. My husband and I picked this venue for a variety of reasons. First, the hotel offered a spectacular outside Rooftop Terrance where our ceremony was held. The views of downtown Galveston were breathtaking. It was a beautiful spring day and the rooftop held our one hundred and fifty guests with ease. One of the best reasons why one should have their wedding at The Tremont House is that you can have the ceremony, reception and have out of town guests stay at the hotel without ever leaving the premises. The facility is one of the most beautiful and well run hotels I've ever seen. The Tremont House has a wedding coordinator on staff to help with all wedding arrangements. The service was outstanding. My husband and I met with the coordinator and she made all the arrangements from booking the rooms for our guests, offering us suggestions on our wedding meals and liquor options, to coordinating our wedding ceremony. The staff was very friendly and helped make our wedding day one of the most memorable of our lives. The Tremont House is a very beautiful and romantic place to be married. The Sam Houston Ballroom was my favorite choice for our reception. The pricing was very reasonable and I would recommend this hotel for any couple who would love to get married at an elegant destination or locale.
