In addition to providing DJ Entertainment, MC, and Sound services for up to 2 locations at your wedding venue (one for ceremony, one for reception) - we also offer free pre-Planning and free day-of Directing. Our Production and Day-of Directorial service, would include: - Amy and I will meet with you in person, to go over our contract, and give you a multiple page questionnaire document, for you to fill out and return to me as soon as possible; - Being available and open to having as many conversations on the phone or other communication as necessary, with very attentive response time; - Upon receiving the completed questionnaire form, from you - I would suggest that we set aside a time for us to speak on the phone to illuminate and clarify your needs and wants, for the big day. During this conversation, I will make notes, adjustments, and corrections to my copy of the questionnaire; - Creating a detailed, step by step Screenplay from the beginning of your ceremony to the very end of your reception (based on your returned questionnaire forms, and our phone conference); - Contacting, and coordinating with all vendors prior to the day of (most especially the photographer and venue personnel), and let them know I am willing to give them a final draft copy of the Screenplay; - Make adjustments to the rough draft of the Screenplay, and make a final draft (you can always change things on the Screenplay, at any time you want); - Contact other involved service providers, to introduce myself as your Wedding Producer, and Director, and let them know that I will be directing the functional activities for your ceremony and reception. - Acquire any needed songs - if hired to perform Entertainment services (for the songs you may want for specific parts of the ceremony and/or reception - ie prelude music, bridal entrance, sand ceremony/unity candle, recessional, bridal party entrance, bride/father dance, groom mother dance, cake cutting etc..). - Amy and I Being there prior to ceremony to meet, and intro ourselves to all of the vendors as they arrive. We will also instruct your Minister/Officiant, Photographer and other vendors, concerning any activities which they are responsible for, or involved in. - Directing every action of your ceremony. Queuing people to walk (with the help of my lady Amy, using wireless headsets, if needed). Also, playing the songs at appropriate times. - Directing every single activity of your reception, working closely with the vendors and yourself to make sure everything continues to flow, and making sure anyone involved in any formal activity is in place and ready to perform, through to the very end of the evening, usually with a "send-off"; Included at no extra charge is a same-day rehearsal, where I will show up about 3 hours (or more if needed) prior to the start of your ceremony, serving as your wedding director and conduct a full rehearsal (usually only takes 30 minutes to complete). We have found that this works much more efficiently and effectively than having a previous day rehearsal. We have done many same day rehearsals, and it seems to really calm everyone's nerves and everyone has all functional details fresh on their brains, for the day’s activities. Also, it prevents all of those involved from having to set aside a separate day (also the cost and time of travel), to do a previous day rehearsal. The bride usually stays hidden away and does not need to participate in the rehearsal. All of this, of course, would be in addition to providing DJ Entertainment, MC, and Sound services.
This would mean that we would show up with the Wedding Day Screenplay, and direct everyone in how to perform their roles during the ceremony the next day. We can usually go through things 2-3 times (which includes everyone actually walking through every single motion, exactly like it will be the next day, most of the ceremony words can be omitted for time sake). Hopefully all of your wedding party, parents and grandparents who would like to be part of the formal portion of your ceremony can attend, and everything will go perfectly on your wedding day. This also includes the setting up of a small audio system to sync everyone to the songs you have chosen (if you are also hiring us to provide the music for the ceremony).
Nathan was very professional and friendly did an excellent job and played great selection of music .
Our DJ did an awesome job for us, you might say he is a wedding planner as well as a DJ, helped out with rehearsal and wedding day preparations, which made things a lot easier for us!! Highly recommend....
We had Nathan as the DJ for our wedding and it was an amazing experience. Nathan was extremely easy to work with, was always prompt with responses, was very professional, and is very flexible and wants your input on everything that is done and he works hard to get everything the way you want! Not only does he DJ the wedding but he also helps coordinate the wedding ceremony and reception as well, included in his price, which is already an outstanding value! He is also there at the rehearsal as well to make sure everything is ready prior to the wedding day! Thanks to him, we had an outstanding ceremony and reception and everyone involved knew what to do. I highly recommend everybody check him out and compare him to others and you will see it is an outstanding value!
Was awesome to work with ! Very professional and kept the party going . Would definitely recommend!
My now husband, Jonathon and I used this company for our wedding. We met with Nathan 3 weeks before our wedding and it couldn’t have been more of a blessing. They made everything go so smoothly. the music was wonderful and fit our family well. All of our requests were honored during our special day, and Nathan even wore attire that matched the groom and groomsmen. They were very personable and really cared about making us feel comfortable and taking the stress off from us. Would definitely recommend Complete Entertainment for any event. ??
Having had an opportunity to work with Complete Entertainment Wedding Productions. I can say for me was an excellent experience. They were professional and still very relational with the wedding party and guest. That balance isn’t always seen. Steve Bishop Pastor Chester Freedom Miniseries
