About Ground Floor, Freeport
Ground Floor, Freeport is an intimate, home-like, and highly flexible venue hosting gatherings of up to 50 people. GFF has multiple personalities! While we do produce concerts and provide recording services, our beautiful space is also available to rent for private events. We have been host to many gatherings, including parties of all kinds, workshops, conferences, retreats, and even private stage productions.
We have 1200 sq. ft of hardwood floor that can be left open for stand-up gatherings, set to seat up to 50 for a presentation, or transformed into a dining area. If you can think it up, it’s likely we can make it happen! We have tables, chairs, a projector and screen, and a designated food service area. While we don’t provide food, we can help supply you with a list of catering options, if needed. You may also bring your own alcohol for an additional $25 liquor license fee.
The venue is temperature controlled for all seasons. Free parking is available. Owners, Tom and Diane Acousti have created a creative, welcoming space and are delighted to share it.

Such a great venue for a smaller group (our 50 people fit comfortably). The price is the best in the area, owners were accommodating and laid back. Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend if you want a chill place to gather with convenient parking!

Extremely accomidating venue!! I hosted a small company party here. It was casual so we enjoyed comfortable furniture indoors and fire pit out back! They offered to rearrange any furniture to match the vibe we wanted to create for our specifc event whether it be casual or an intimate professional event. They also picked up our catered food! We will be back if they'll have us!!
