Harbor and Union is a versatile venue perfect for a wide range of social and corporate events. We frequently host luncheons, galas, banquets, holiday parties, celebrations of life, conferences, baby showers, anniversary celebrations, and birthday parties.
Our venue can comfortably accommodate events for up to 150 guests. We have existing furniture that seats up to 50 people, and we can assist with arranging additional chair rentals for larger groups as needed.
Harbor and Union is proudly situated within The Factory in Franklin, Tennessee, a beautifully renovated historic building that provides a unique and charming backdrop for your event.
Our event rentals begin at $2,800 for a minimum 4-hour half-day rental. Full-day rental options start at $5,000, and a full 1st-floor buyout begins at $6,500. Additional hours can be added at $500 per hour. Please note that pricing is subject to event specifics.
Event rentals generally include dedicated time for event setup, the event itself, and teardown, as well as essential staff support, a cleaning fee, the guidance of our Experience Designer Coordinator, use of our existing furniture (seating up to 50), liquor liability, and an LED screen with sound capabilities. Specific inclusions may vary by package.
While our rentals include an LED screen with sound and lighting, our Experience Designer Coordinator can provide recommendations and assist you with coordinating external catering and additional audiovisual support to ensure your event's success. A sound technician can be arranged for an additional hourly fee.

Please note that we have recurring events every Sunday, which generally makes those dates unavailable for new bookings. Additionally, our venue is not designed to accommodate events requiring extensive outdoor space or large parking lots, such as large vehicle shows.
