The THL Studio and THL Studio II are well designed, intimate event space located in Fort Washington, Maryland, minutes from the National Harbor and Interstate 495. Both our Studio's offers, 65" Smart TV, Bluetooth surround sound speakers, 6 rectangular folding tables, a full kitchenette, THL Studio offers 28 clear Chiavari chairs, and THL Studio II offers 40 folding white chairs. THL Studio offers a separate room that would be ideal for a food set, lounge area, or photo backdrop area that can be outside of your party area. 30th Birthday Celebration New Year’s Eve - An Eventective User from Brandywine Maryland

Brandywine Maryland the Facility and location was excellent for the casino night event I planned, however; when renting this location be mindful it’s only one restroom (unisex), no kitchen, a small sink behind the bar, and no refrigerator to store food. Everyone truly enjoyed themselves and I would definitely use them again!

Great Space for an Intimate Event - An Eventective User

We had my daughter's 25th birthday dinner at THL #104. The space was just the right size for dinner guest and the VIP room served well as the 360 photo room. The kitchenette was also just the right space for all of the food that was served. I highly recommend either space and have already shared the info with at least 2 of the vendors from our party.
