We are the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Myers Airport/FGCU, conveniently located by the airport. Please note there is another Hilton Garden Inn closer to central Fort Myers.
We are delighted to host a variety of events, including wedding receptions, graduation celebrations, business meetings or conferences, and other special gatherings.
Our main ballroom is approximately 1,800 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 80 guests banquet style. We also offer a half ballroom, approximately 900 sq. ft., which can seat up to 40 guests banquet style.
Your event space rental includes tables, chairs, in-house linens, and the setup and breakdown of the room. Please note that décor is not included.
We provide comprehensive catering services for all events. We do not permit outside food and beverage, with the exception of custom cakes and cupcakes.

Yes, we offer comprehensive wedding packages. These packages are inclusive of many amenities such as ballroom rental, tables, chairs, tableware, linen, passed hors d'oeuvres and a cheese display for cocktail hour, plated or buffet dinner, and fees for a dance floor, bartender, cake cutting, and carver. We can also customize packages.
We do not have a dedicated area for wedding ceremonies. Our event spaces are primarily designed for receptions and banquets.
Yes, we offer flexibility for payments. You can use multiple cards or make payments over time. When you are ready to make a payment, we can provide a credit card authorization form.

Great place for any event! — An Eventective User
We held our organization’s 30th anniversary luncheon here. From the beginning, our event manager, Philly Tascher, was a joy to work with. Everything was done professionally and with great attention to detail. The room was beautifully decorated and our plated lunch (attendees chose one of three options) was delicious and served by helpful and attentive staff. Overall, it was a wonderful event from beginning to end and we would definitely use this venue again!
