Our 105-acre site is home to many rescue animals, butterfly and bird aviaries, two nature trails, SWFL's only planetarium theater, and much more!
Hold your event in one of Florida's most unique venues. Indoor and outdoor spaces available. Weddings, showers, meetings, and parties of all types are welcome.
Indoor event space includes: Iona House, Natural History Museum, Planetarium, and Museum Classroom.
Outdoor event space includes: Pine Pavilion with adjacent greenspace, Iona House meadow, Fire Circle and McNew Pavilion under the museum.
We require a $150 cleaning deposit that will be returned if deemed necessary following checkout.

Held a 50th birthday party for one of my employees. Had a great time, staff was wonderful and Madison is the go to person to help get things done and she made sure the event went off without a hitch. I will be doing some future events at the Calusa Nature Center.

This place is gorgeous - the view is incredible and the staff is absolutely wonderful! Best venue for a baby shower ever - the kids went to the programs while the shower went on.
