Terms and Conditions

Deposit: A $25 deposit is required to secure your wedding date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable if the ceremony is canceled at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days of the ceremony may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Payments: Remaining balances are due on or before the day of the ceremony. Accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle, Venmo, Pay Pal, or other agreed-upon methods. Travel Fees: Additional travel fees may apply for ceremonies outside the Fort Knox, Kentucky service area. Ceremony Changes: Any changes to the ceremony date, time, or location must be communicated as soon as possible to ensure availability. Arrival: The officiant will arrive approximately 15–30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony to review final details. Legal Requirements: Couples are responsible for obtaining and presenting a valid marriage license before the ceremony.
