Block One Events is a new and modern venue located in Old Town Fort Collins on the Poudre River. This river-front property is the first development of the Poudre River District project. The Block One building is home to PEC Engineering, Encompass Technologies, 11 luxurious furnished apartments and the unique Block One Events venue. Our event venue is perfect for contemporary, modern and industrial weddings, receptions, holiday parties, corporate events, celebration of life, memorial ceremonies, theater productions, banquets, seminars, conventions, galas, meetings, networking events and much more. When creating our venue concept, the goal was to bring the outside... inside. The 75 plus window panes allow for the most beautiful natural light and views of the city, river and mountains. The simplicity of polished concrete flooring, a monochromatic color scheme and industrial fixtures assists our clients to create their dream event. The absence of on-site management and a kitchen/prep area keeps your costs low. All audio and visual equipment is included, as well as tables, chairs and much more. This little gem has all a person needs to host a venue with a patio area with a small river nearby. There are multiple photo opportunities. It has a wireless sound system, small area for a private bar serving area, sound system, tables, and chairs. The management team was responsive and attentive.
