We had a late November wedding here with an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. The booking and planning experience with Gary and the day of experience with all of the Mish staff was amazing. They were accommodating and easy to work with and everything went so smoothly from start to finish at an affordable price point. All of the food also exceeded our expectations. I would host another event here and recommend the Mishawaka Amphitheatre without hesitation.

The Mishawaka Amphitheatre is truly a special place. My husband and I got married here and can't recommend enough. We have spent many days reflecting on our wedding and can genuinely say that it was perfect! There is not a single thing we would change! We had a riverside ceremony and every photo captures the breathtaking views. Every service offered by the Mish exceeded our expectations including the band recommendation, shuttle transportation for guests and delicious food. My wife & I were married out along the Poudre River at the beautiful Mishawaka Amphitheatre. The scenery was amazing and our guests had an incredible time. The food was good and the place is perfectly set up for a live band with a large outdoor stage. Gary and the staff were great to work with and were helpful in coordinating the day. There is a separate small house for everyone to get ready in, and we were able to camp overnight on their own private island! It was a great place to be able to show off some of Colorado beautiful nature and still be near Fort Collins. We would recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience in the most magical setting. Our ceremony was set on a river between two mountain ranges with the sights and sounds of nature. The Mishawaka staff made it so easy and fun. 10/10 would do it again!

Our event at the Mishawaka Amphitheatre was an absolute BLAST! Our team at Dutch Bros NOCO hosted our Brochella music and art event for our employees here, and not only was the event super fun and exciting because it was a concert event, but the staff and everyone at the Mishawaka made the event so easy and everything went perfectly throughout the night. Along with the incredible backdrop of the Poudre River behind the venue, it couldn't have gone better. We highly recommend working with the Mishawaka and booking your next event here!

We seriously couldn’t have picked a better place for our wedding, and Gary and team were wonderful to work with along the way. We were married in front of the river, brought a 9 piece band, and had food from the Mish for late night snacks. We were looking for a truly Colorado wedding that would basically be a party. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the venue, with great accommodations, the restaurant on site and easy transportation using the buses you can rent (great option after a few drinks and a windy road). It’s a great place to throw the best party you’ll ever have!

My husband and I got married here on October 1st, 2020. Aside from the venue itself being a dream the surrounding nature was breath taking. The staff paid attention to the minor details and made the day go off without a hitch (except us, haha). That said, this is a wonderful place to get married and we wouldn't have chosen anywhere else.

We chose the Mishawaka as our wedding venue. First off every step of the planning and set up was carefully taken care of by the event coordinator Gary. The mish really went above and beyond our expectations for our special day, from the set up day of to the staff we couldn’t imagine having our special day anywhere else. We highly recommend having an event here and encourage anyone who hasn’t been there to visit, have lunch, and really see how beautiful and magical the space is!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Mishawaka last fall. The venue was absolutely perfect for our festival type reception that focused on bands, music, dancing and fun. Gary and everyone at the Mish were so helpful in planning to ensure that the day was smooth from beginning to end, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The set up, delivery, food, even the weather was perfect that day. I highly recommend the Mish for any event, we had a great day that we, and all of our guests (who said it was the best wedding weekend ever), will never forget. :)

We had our wedding at the Mish in June 2019, it was the best decision we could have made!! The beauty speaks for itself, but the river and the mountains serve as a dream venue for the ceremony and for photos! The food was affordable and delicious, we got many compliments from guests and there are many choices! Gary and the entire staff was great to work with from start to finish. The day-of staff was extremely friendly at the food and drink stations with many of our guests commenting on the great service! Plus, if you’re thinking band look no further...! No better place as everything is already in place! The cherry on top is the affordability, not only was it everything we were looking for but it helped our budget so we could afford to do some of our dream elements! My company had our 10 year anniversary party at The Mishawaka and we were blown away by the service they offered. The event planning staff was informative, prompt, and made the planning process a breeze. The day of, they went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met, and that everyone was having a great time. We ordered a large spread from their catering menu and all left happy and satisfied. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, definitely the most beautiful place we've ever had the pleasure of hosting an event. I can't say enough good things about our whole experience, and highly recommend you book your next event at The Mishawaka Amphitheater. Huge thanks to The Mish team for everything!

We planned a fishing excursion on the La Poudre River after a team meeting in Fort Collins. After our excursion we enjoyed a relaxing and fun outdoor dinner at the Mishawaka complete with campfire s'mores and beautiful views. It was a great environment to relax and bond with our team members who came to Colorado from all over the world.

My wife and I were so happy with our experience at the Mish! We had been there for concerts or just food many times and loved the atmosphere so much that we basically wanted to "borrow" that atmosphere they already have going and fit our wedding into it. The Poudre River is really special to us so getting to say our vows with the river in the background was truly magical. Gary made everything from the food to the timeline so easy for us. The food was delicious, as always, and the staff were so great to all of our guests! If you are looking for a beautiful, down to earth place to tie the knot, I highly recommend the Mish!

The Mish was everything that we wanted. We were a bit hesitant on a lot of locations because we did not want the traditional wedding format. The Mishawaka was absolutely everything we envisioned. The pricing was on point which included quite a bit of extras and flexibility for us before and after the event. The staff was great of course. The director, Gary Duvall did everything he could to make it a seamless process and we have no regrets. We opted to have a band, for a little extra, we were allowed to use the outdoor sound system which enabled us to entertain our guests with an outside band as well as a friend of ours that has great vocals. The food was also on point and the drinks were flowing. All our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about their experience. Thanks Mishawaka!!!

It is extremely convenient to have a venue that can also provide the food and bar aspects without worrying about caterers. We had live music, so the Mish was also perfect for that. Gary and the staff were responsive and easy to work with, it was extremely affordable (and pricing was easily able to be tweaked according to preference and budget) and we had a lovely experience overall. Highly recommend!

The NCCC held climbing their guidebook release celebration on 10/25/18 from 6-10pm. This event consisted of live music, climbing slideshows, sponsor & silent auction tables, outdoor obstacles, and a live raffle. We worked with Gary Duvall to coordinate the rental of the Indoor Dancehall, AV system (including sound person), catered appetizers, and propane heaters & fire pits. Gary and the Mishawaka were very accommodating and made sure we were aware of all the Mish had to offer and was open to discuss any out-of-the-ordinary requests we had. We met with Gary in person twice before the event to discuss details, coordinate payments and sign the contract. He was always on time and his response time to email was always within an hour. We were all on the same page from day one up until the event ended (and even got out of there 30 minutes earlier than expected). The event was a success with over 200 people showing up on a cold fall Thursday evening. The tables and other equipment were ready for us when we arrived for set up, the appetizers were set out right on time, and the AV and sound system worked perfectly as well as the heaters & fire pits. The staff at the Mishawaka during the event were also very friendly and glad to help when we needed anything. Gary even checked back in with us after the event and we are now looking into making this an annual event! The only downsides to the venue (on the event planning side) are: (1) the absence of cell service/ WiFi, and (2) if you are renting the Indoor Dancehall, the main restrooms and backporch entrances are located inside this room so it's difficult to make this space 100% private. The Mishawaka is one of my favorite venues in Northern Colorado and I would recommend it for any event, large or small. The building itself has a very casual atmosphere but with the right decor, it could easily be turned into an upscale rustic wedding location.
