The Newport Terrace Conference Center resides on a tree-lined lot enabling the building to blend in with its surroundings and the local community. The center enjoys having its own full perimeter lighted parking and the entire facility is fully ADA compliant for ease of entry and egress for all of our guests.
The facility is managed by the Bel Air Kay Cee Club Inc. and is available for rentals for a variety of occasions such as birthday and anniversary parties, wedding receptions, formal teas and morning or afternoon business meetings to name a few.
Newport Terrace has two rooms: The Newport Room has seating capacity for 160 using round or rectangle tables. The Columbus Room has seating capacity for 70 using round or rectangle tables.
The facility has a complete modern commercial kitchen and you are free to use the caterer of your choice!
Rental fees include table & chair set up, breakdown & staff to serve beverages for a four (4) hour rental. The doors will open 1 hour prior for decoration set up and remain open for 1 hour afterwards for guest departure & pack up of personal items.
The Newport Room:

Seats up to 160 guests with a dance floor.
The Columbus Room:

Seats up to 60 with a small area for dancing and buffet area.
