The HIVE44’s Event Center offers 2,000 square feet of top-notch space for conferences and personal events. With seating accommodations for up to 120 people, depending on the seating arrangements, newly built with beautiful hardwood floors, carpeted stage, and podium, this is the perfect backdrop for any type of event or personal occasion. The HIVE44’s new event center provides clients with, plenty free parking; Wi-Fi, and projection equipment. Rental Rates $75.00-$125.00/hr depending on day of week and time of day. Clients can take advantage of a multi-purpose room decked with, sound system, ambient lighting, and kitchenette. In addition, the facility boasts a complete training room. Clients can choose to hire a caterer or self-cater their event, and alcohol service is permitted at The HIVE44’s meeting facility upon approval. Service and sophistication meet affordability and accommodation at The HIVE44 Business Center. Excellent Celebration, An Eventective User from Saint Peters, MO

The facility was perfect for our 75 guests. We also had several extra tables for displays, plus the stage. A good setup for hot catered food, bar area for beverages, coffee and desert stations. Fair pricing, with options to setup yourself or have them set it up. Erika was awesome on handling all of our requests, including specific beverages and setups. She was creative, personable and great to work with. The place is a little difficult to find, but worth the effort for the success of the function. Thank you for making our celebration a huge success.

What a great place! We had a party there after our wedding at the beach. A great space! Cheryl and the rest of the staff were fantastic! They were always there to help with whatever we needed. They were very flexible with setting up for our party. I would definitely use this space for future events.

We could not have been more pleased with Hive44 as the reception venue for our daughter's wedding! Don and Cheryl were delightful to work with, available to answer questions, gave us great ideas for our event, and were on top of everything. The space is attractive and versatile, and accommodated our catering, bar, and dancing. Our guests had a wonderful time, and several of them commented on how much they liked the venue and asked how we found it. The rates are so affordable, and what you get for your money is fantastic! Honestly, we had fun working with them, we were treated so kindly, and were so pleased with how the reception turned out. I would recommend Hive44 highly and have already told several friends about it. You won't regret hosting your event here!!

We held a baby shower (couples) in the event room at Hive 44. The room was tastefully decorated and the staff had everything set up for us. They even assisted in some last minute decorations! The room itself has seperate food and beverage areas which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and comfortable. The guests even commented on what a nice venue this was. I will absolutely use the Hive 44 event room again!

I absolutely love the Hives 44 event center!!! This was a great place and the owners were extremely nice and professional. The were very helpful and fixed anything we needed help with. They helped us set up our decorations and allowed us to use their computer port to run our power point. This place overall was very nice and affordable. They also allowed me to use any decorations I wanted as long as they were not damaging to their venue. The furniture throughout the place was in great condition. I also loved how I was able to bring in my own food and desserts. Thank you guys for such a great experience!!!

We were so lucky to choose this venue for our son’s first birthday party. We had lots of fun and our event was a huge success! From our guesses, we've received nothing but compliments about the beautiful venue and a friendly service. The set up, HIVE44 provided, created a wonderful ambiance. HIVE44 was very flexible and accommodating e.g. we had a choice to order our preferred food and drinks. It was definitely a pleasure doing business with HIVE44, as Cheryl & Don are great, dedicated and hard working couple! Thanks again for everything HIVE44.
